This role offers the opportunity to get involved in a diverse range of projects including fit-out, refurbishment, maintenance and build. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work across Ireland, they ae seeking a motivated Bid Manager to lead the delivery of high quality tender submissions across public and private sector projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end bid and tender process Coordinate SQ/PQQ submissions and tender responses Work with estimators and operational teams to develop competitive bid strategies Manage tender programmes, deadlines, and submission compliance Review client requirements and ensure full compliance with procurement criteria Support framework applications and public-sector procurement submissions Coordinate tender interviews and presentations Maintain and improve the company bid library and submission templates Monitor tender portals and identify suitable opportunities Analyse feedback from successful and unsuccessful bids to drive continuous improvement Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in a Bid Manager, Proposals Manager, or Pre-Construction role within construction Ideally a strong understanding of public-sector procurement and tendering processes Excellent written communication and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders Strong attention to detail and quality Commercial awareness and strategic thinking To Apply: Click Apply or send your updated CV to confidentially.
