Centre Manager Job Description
As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and motivating your TPS team to achieve the business plans and objectives of the Centre. Your role will focus on ensuring excellence in customer service, developing strategic plans, and implementing processes to run a successful TPS Centre.
Your key responsibilities include:
1. Translating overall sales targets into departmental goals and setting challenging yet achievable objectives with first-line management.
2. Motivating, recognizing, and incentivizing the team.
3. Creating Personal Development Plans, monitoring progress, and providing developmental or corrective support as needed.
4. Developing a Manpower Plan and implementing a succession plan.
5. Fostering a customer-centric culture and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
6. Implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and devising sales plans.
7. Monitoring business performance regularly and identifying opportunities for improvement.
8. Analyzing market data to understand sales opportunities.
9. Achieving business plans and budgets, controlling costs, including Gross Margin levels.
10. Ensuring compliance with business standards, processes, and legal guidelines.
11. Maintaining effective relationships with all stakeholders.
12. Ensuring the overall security of stock and premises.
Qualifications and skills required:
* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a B2B environment.
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service and an interest in the automotive industry.
* Effective communication skills and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
* Experience in devising strategies and implementing plans.
* Strong sales focus and results orientation.
* High IT literacy, proficient in MS Office.
* Management experience.
