This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident on the phone, target driven and eager to progress within a dynamic sales environment. You’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities and booking qualified appointments for the Sales Team. What you’ll be doing: * Making high-volume outbound B2B calls to prospective clients and warm leads * Building rapport quickly and identifying potential business opportunities * Qualifying prospects based on company needs and criteria * Promoting the company’s products and services with enthusiasm and professionalism * Scheduling appointments between qualified prospects and the Sales Team * Consistently meeting and exceeding daily and weekly KPIs, including call and appointment targets * Accurately recording all call activity, lead information, and outcomes in the CRM system * Working closely with the wider sales and marketing teams to maximise conversion opportunities What we’re looking for: * Minimum 1 year experience in a Telesales, Sales, or Lead Generation environment * Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong listening, negotiation and persuasion skills * Resilient, self motivated and able to thrive in a fast paced, target driven role * Positive attitude with a genuine passion for sales and customer engagement * Organised and detail oriented, with good CRM and administrative discipline What’s on offer: * Competitive basic salary performance based bonus scheme * Free on site parking * Pension scheme * Full training and ongoing development opportunities * Supportive team culture with real progression potential
