What we’re looking for:
6. MRTPI-qualified (or equivalent experience) with a solid background in planning consultancy or local authority
7. Strong project management skills and the ability to lead on applications, appeals, and client engagement
8. A confident communicator with a commercial outlook and a collaborative approach
9. Interest in helping shape the built environment across the West Midlands
