Job Purpose To deliver high-quality spa treatments, including massages and facials, ensuring exceptional client care and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism. Key Responsibilities & Duties Treatment Delivery Perform a range of spa treatments such as: Swedish, deep tissue, and aromatherapy massages. Facials tailored to client skin types and concerns. Client Care Conduct pre-treatment consultations to understand client needs Provide aftercare advice and recommend suitable products or follow-up treatments. Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all clients. Health & Safety Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards and treatment protocols Sanitize treatment rooms and equipment after each session. Report any incidents or hazards promptly. Operational Duties Manage treatment schedules efficiently to minimize delays. Keep accurate records of treatments and client preferences. Team Collaboration Work closely with other therapists and spa staff to ensure smooth operations. Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required. Sales & Promotion Promote spa services and retail products to clients. Support marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions. Physical Demands Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 7.5 hours per shift). Frequent bending, stretching, and reaching during treatments. Manual dexterity and strength to perform massages and handle equipment. Capability to lift and move items up to 15 kg (e.g., treatment supplies).
