We’re a small, well-established accountancy practice in Oxfordshire looking for an Accountant to take ownership of a varied client portfolio and play a hands-on role in a close-knit team. What You’ll Be Doing Managing your own portfolio of owner-managed business clients Preparing and reviewing statutory and management accounts Handling VAT and tax returns Providing proactive advice on tax planning and business performance Supporting junior colleagues and contributing to a friendly, collaborative environment What We’re Looking For ACA / ACCA qualified /qbe Strong all-round practice experience Confident communicator with a personal, client-focused approach Comfortable with Sage, Xero, QuickBooks and Excel Happy working independently in a small-firm setting
