The role
You will be part of the national Pensions team within Workforce consulting services. Our services support the client through this journey from understanding and identifying business challenges to practical implementation of solutions.
This will be a client-facing role requiring strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills. You should be driven and passionate about providing a high level of service.
What your days will look like:
* Producing high-quality, technically accurate client deliverables
* Proactively managing a portfolio of clients
* Establishing effective working relationships internally
* Contributing to coaching junior team members
* Taking a proactive role in financial management of clients
* Contributing to personal and team knowledge development
* Building your network through internal and external meetings
* Staying updated on legal changes, industry issues, and firm services
This role is for you if:
* You possess an actuarial (IFoA) Qualification or equivalent work experience, including international candidates qualifying through experience in their home country.
* You have relevant experience in UK pensions within an actuarial advisory team, demonstrating excellent collaboration, organizational, and communication skills.
* You can work effectively under tight deadlines.
* Ideally, you are based near Edinburgh for team and client activities.
