TIG Welder (Aluminium) – Days
Location: Alvechurch
Pay Rate: £15.50 – £17.00 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Day shift, Monday to Friday
Type: Permanent position
The Role
We are currently working with a well-established manufacturing company based in Alvechurch who are looking to recruit an experienced TIG Welder on a permanent basis. This role will involve primarily TIG welding aluminium, producing high-quality work for a range of fabricated components.
Key Responsibilities
* TIG welding mainly aluminium to a high standard
* Working from detailed engineering drawings
* Producing clean, accurate welds with strong attention to finish
* Carrying out basic quality checks on completed work
* Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
Requirements
* Proven experience in TIG welding aluminium
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* High attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous fabrication experience is beneficial but not essential
