Responsibilities:
* Act as Scrum Master for engineering teams, facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
* Champion agile practices, introducing Scaled Agile (SAFe) where relevant
* Convert business requirements into clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
* Coordinate multiple projects, balancing long-term initiatives with urgent business priorities
* Develop delivery cadences, reporting tools, and metrics to ensure visibility and predictability
* Remove blockers, foster collaboration, and maintain alignment between business and engineering
* Lead workshops and planning sessions to keep cross-functional teams focused and aligned
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager, or Agile Project Manager in tech, data, music, or professional services
* Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with hands-on experience embedding them in teams
* Solid business analysis skills: gathering requirements, refining backlogs, and writing user stories
* Experience with Jira, Confluence, and delivery reporting metrics
* Confident communicator, able to influence and manage expectations at all levels
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
* Knowledge of music, media, rights management, or royalties is a plus
* Collaborative, diligent approach with a focus on team success
