Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday
A legal services provider is looking for an experienced Claimant Subrogation Solicitor to join their specialist team. This is a great opportunity to manage a high-quality caseload of pre-litigated and litigated motor claims for high-net-worth insurers.
The Role
* Manage your own caseload of RTA claimant matters
* Handle both pre-litigated and litigated motor claims
* Assess liability and quantum, set strategies and negotiate settlements
* Take a proactive approach to recovery, including issuing proceedings
* Liaise with insurers, credit hire companies and external specialists
* Maintain compliance and accurate use of Proclaim
About You
* Qualified Solicitor or equivalent
* Motor Litigation experience essential
* Experience in subrogation and uninsured loss recovery
* Strong knowledge of credit hire
* Confident handling of Small Claims, Intermediate Track and Fast Track matters
* Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
