* About the role:
* Lead and inspire the counter team to achieve and exceed sales targets and service KPIs
* Deliver exceptional, personalised beauty experiences across skincare, makeup, and fragrance
* Build a loyal client base through expert clienteling, follow-ups, and tailored consultations
* Coach, develop, and mentor team members to enhance product knowledge and service delivery
* Manage daily counter operations, including rostering, reporting, and team performance
* Ensure the counter is visually merchandised and maintained to Estée Lauder’s premium standards
* Oversee stock control, inventory accuracy, and product replenishment
* Collaborate with store management and field teams to drive promotional activities and in-store events
* Foster a positive, high-performing team culture grounded in professionalism, inclusivity, and excellence
* Uphold Estée Lauder’s brand values through polished presentation, leadership, and service
