Morgan Hunt is partnering with YMCA to recruit a Temp Housing Support Officer in Hayes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young and vulnerable individuals to achieve independence and stability through quality housing services.
The Role
As a Housing Support Officer, you will play a key role in helping residents build brighter futures. You'll provide practical housing-related support, working closely with individuals to manage their tenancies, engage in personal development activities, and prepare for independent living.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of residents, providing tailored housing support and advice
* Monitor rent accounts, encourage timely payments, and address arrears
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver wrap-around support
* Support residents in accessing training, employment, and move-on housing
* Tackle anti-social behaviour in accordance with tenancy/licence agreements

What You'll Need
* An Enhanced DBS (Child or Child & Adult) issued within the past 12 months or registered on the Update Service
* Proof of Right to Work in the UK (e.g., valid British passport)
