Nurture is a doctor-founded, expert-led brand supporting women through every stage of pregnancy and motherhood. Our mission is to provide evidence-based guidance and high-quality supplements that empower mums-to-be and new parents. As we grow, we're looking for a creative, social-first video content creator to help bring our brand to life through engaging, native video content.
Role Overview
We're seeking a talented videographer and storyteller who can plan, shoot, and edit social-first video content that resonates with our audience. You'll work closely with our marketing and performance teams to create videos for both brand-building and revenue-driving campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
This role is perfect for someone who can balance creative storytelling with performance-driven content, producing videos that look polished while still feeling native to each platform.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and produce monthly social-first video content for both brand and performance channels
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative video concepts and storyboards
Shoot and edit high-quality, native content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
Produce a mix of polished and low-fi videos that feel authentic to the platform
Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling
Lead and deliver various shoots — interviews, events, product demos, b-roll, and more
Manage shoot plans, video creation schedules, and budgets
Track performance metrics and translate insights into new edits, formats, or concepts
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, techniques, and platform requirements
Ensure all content aligns with Nurture's brand guidelines.
Requirements
Proven experience creating video content for paid and organic social channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Strong storytelling skills, from conceptualising ideas to editing polished content
Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.)
Ability to shoot both high-quality and low-fi video content
Knowledge of motion graphics, animations, and visual effects
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple shoots/projects independently
Comfortable collaborating with marketing/performance teams to plan content calendars
Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Understanding of performance metrics and the ability to use them to inform content strategy
Basic knowledge of lighting, sound, and camera equipment
Ability to create content that is designed for the feed — understanding hooks, pacing, framing, captions, safe zones, and platform-native formats.
Strong eye for art direction, composition, colour, and lighting to maintain a consistent, premium visual identity across all content.
Experience creating multiple variations (hooks, edits, CTAs, formats) for testing and optimisation in paid social campaigns.
Understanding of short-form copy, on-screen text, and subtitles that improve clarity, accessibility, and engagement.
Bonus Skills
Experience in lifestyle, wellness, or health content
Experience working with founder-led or expert-led brands
Familiarity with Meta & TikTok ad specs and best practices
Experience repurposing long-form footage into short-form assets
Ability to work from a creative brief or loose concept
Understanding of accessibility best practices (subtitles, contrast, pacing)
Salary: £30,000 FTE
Hours: 3 days per week
Office location: Maidenhead. This role will also require travel for shoots, particularly around Greater London, so candidates must be willing to work offsite.
