Key Responsibilities
Team Player: Strong team skills and the ability to interact well with customers and colleagues
Strong Communication: Demonstrates the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with a wide range of customers and colleagues
Customer Service experience
From a manufacturing/MRO/PPE background preferred but not essential
Supporting the operational teams
Checking and sorting deliveries on a daily basis
Planning delivery routes in an efficient and practical way
Ensuring that the van is loaded and unloaded safely and legally
Replenishing and recording stock levels in onsite vending machines
Completing all paperwork and liaising with customers on their premises
Assisting with warehouse maintenance and cleanliness
Assisting in the back office
Key Skills / Qualifications
Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Self driven and motivated to see each assigned task through to the end.
Worked in a similar role and able to demonstrate transferable skills.
