The Role As Head of Finance, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day financial management, ensuring accuracy, control, and insight across the business. You’ll lead the month-end close, deliver high-quality reporting, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and drive continuous improvement in processes and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting cycles
Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost controls
Oversee external audit, compliance, and financial controls
Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive profitability
Coach and develop a team of five finance professionals

Qualified Accountant
Experienced in manufacturing
Strong technical grounding in cost accounting, cash management, and reporting
Hands-on, detail-focused, and confident leading in a fast-paced environment
