Role and Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging English language and literature lessons that captivate students' imagination and encourage critical thinking. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that nurtures students' language skills and self-confidence. Assess students' language proficiency, provide constructive feedback, and track their progress. Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and participate in extracurricular activities that enrich the English learning experience Be resilient and effectively manage behaviour Requirements: Bachelor's degree in English, English Education, or a related field. Teaching certification or relevant teaching qualifications. QTS Proven experience of teaching English at the secondary or higher education level. Excellent command of English grammar, literature, and writing techniques. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
