This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced FLT Reach and/or Counterbalance Driver to join a forward-thinking business offering genuine long-term prospects and full training on specialist machinery. Job Role: Operate FLT Counterbalance trucks to unload stock from racking Load stock into trailers in line with health & safety standards Support press machine operations (full training provided) Shrink wrap pallets and prepare orders for dispatch Maintain a clean and organised working environmentShift Pattern – Team 4: You will work a rotating continental shift pattern, consisting of 12-hour shifts (days and nights) with regular rest days: Day shift (06:00–18:30) Night shift (18:00–06:30) The shifts have been designed by their current employees to ensure they get the best working hours with days off.
