Build and maintain relationships between American Express and some of our largest UK high value merchants Identify new partnerships through prospecting, lead generation (using digital, in person, internal channels) to drive new partnership growth Effective Pipeline management (maintaining and securing a steady flow of offers) Partner with internal American Express stakeholders across business lines to proactively identify opportunities Deliver best in class end-to-end marketing, from strategic planning through to implementation and results reporting Support in retaining existing relationships and renegotiations through demonstrating value through Merchant research, campaign performance overviews Monitor, analyse, communicate campaign performance in order to optimize future campaigns Maintain and secure on-going pipeline of partner offers Work across American Express marketing channels (typical marketing channels utilised include Amex Offers platform, digital media, events, social, email, direct mail etc) Minimum Qualifications: Existing sales, business development and marketing experience Existing B2C and B2B marketing experience Ability to build strong relationships, with strong influential skills Energetic, enthusiastic, strong communication skills Comfortable prospecting and driving lead generation Experience in working with large group of stakeholders Be able to multi-task, prioritize in a demanding environment Proactive in nature, happy to challenge the status quo Self-motivated, ability to deliver without mandated deadlines Proven direct client management experience, working with external stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Existing Consumer Marketing experience Experience in meeting sales goals, and sales planning.
