Although this is a Valuer role, they’re looking for a true team player, someone happy to support with sales, progression and the general day-to-day running of the office when needed.

As a Sales Valuer, your role will involve:
* Conduct and win market appraisals, showcasing your expertise and local knowledge
* Skillfully negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients
* Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales journey
* Proactively drive new business and contribute to the continued growth of the branch
* Build strong relationships with new clients while nurturing and developing existing ones
* Effectively manage client expectations, ensuring clear communication and a seamless experience
* Play a key role in increasing market share and strengthening our presence in the local area
To be considered for the Sales Valuer role, you must have:
* Previous experience in property, ideally as a Sales Valuer
* A proven track record of winning instructions and driving new business
* Ambitious, target-driven, and motivated by success - someone who consistently delivers high standards
* A confident, well-rounded professional who thrives both independently and as part of a team
* Exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering outstanding service
* Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sales focus and commercial awareness
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships and rapport
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
