Job Description

The Performance Activation Manager will play a crucial role in implementing activation strategies across digital channels including Paid Social, Programmatic, Paid Search, and Retail Media. Responsibilities include managing campaigns, leading a team of Activation Executives, ensuring quality and performance, and supporting the agency's AI-driven performance culture. The role requires strong digital activation experience, particularly in Paid Search, and a willingness to expand knowledge across other digital channels. Key responsibilities include campaign setup, execution, optimization, team workload management, and client servicing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, supportive attitude. Certifications in relevant platforms should be current, and experience with workload management and client interaction is essential. This position offers an opportunity to develop channel-specific skills, leverage AI technology, and contribute to a pioneering digital performance practice.

Key Responsibilities

* Support media planning with data and insights
* Oversee campaign briefing, quality assurance, and implementation
* Ensure cross-channel digital activation best practices
* Use data to inform optimization and improve performance
* Promote a performance mindset with optimization recommendations
* Manage testing frameworks and post-campaign analysis
* Implement proprietary and third-party tools for activation and analytics
