The Performance Activation Manager will play a crucial role in implementing activation strategies across digital channels including Paid Social, Programmatic, Paid Search, and Retail Media. Responsibilities include managing campaigns, leading a team of Activation Executives, ensuring quality and performance, and supporting the agency's AI-driven performance culture. The role requires strong digital activation experience, particularly in Paid Search, and a willingness to expand knowledge across other digital channels. Key responsibilities include campaign setup, execution, optimization, team workload management, and client servicing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, supportive attitude.
