The Client is a leading multi-brand technology solutions provider to business, government, education and healthcare customers in the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.
Requirements:
* Experience implementing or configuring ServiceNow solutions
* Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes
* Ability to design and optimize workflow automation
* Hands-on experience with REST / SOAP APIs
* Experience with integrations (e-signature, document management)
* Skilled in building reports, dashboards, and performance analytics
* Strong stakeholder communication and requirement gathering skills
* Understanding of compliance, risk, and legal processes
Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow Platform
* Configure modules related to Contract Management (tables, forms, fields)
* Implement and enhance contract lifecycle workflows
* Design and build automated workflows
* Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
* Design and creation of REST APIs for IT interfaces to various ITSM systems
