As Area Sales Representative you'll be specialising in our Fulfilment product – a booming part of our business – and you'll have a full support network behind you: structured training, experienced mentors, and a buzzing team environment where you can truly shine.

Building and managing your own high-quality prospect pipeline
Responding to inbound enquiries within SLA and converting them into new business
Hitting KPIs and smashing productivity targets
Using our CRM to track activity, progress deals and keep everything on point
Onboarding new clients and ensuring they fully understand our products and customer service tools
Monitoring trading performance so new clients hit profile within 4 weeks and are ready for handover within 6
Resolving escalations and supporting clients to keep things running smoothly
Delivering high-quality calls, emails and customer interactions
Collaborating with Telesales, Field Sales, Account Management and local Operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

Previous sales experience desirable but not essential
Confident with Microsoft Office and general IT tools
Understanding of e-commerce and fulfilment is a bonus
