Overview
Customer Experience Planner at Web Vale Housing Trust. Permanent role working flexibly 37 hours/week. Based at Gadbrook Park, Northwich, with at least two to three days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a positive customer experience by proactive, clear and effective communication with internal and external customers.
* Support continuous service improvements across the Customer Experience teams.
* Work in partnership with other service areas and agencies to achieve high levels of customer care.
* Deliver first‑class planning and appointing service, tracking registered orders through to completion and ensuring optimum utilisation of the workforce.
Minimum Requirements
* Grade GCSE 4‑9 / A*‑C (Maths and English) or equivalent qualification or relevant experience.
* Experience of in a fast‑paced customer contact and planning environment.
* Excellent time‑management, organisational and prioritisation skills to keep up in a busy environment.
* Ability to work independently when required and seek guidance and advice from colleagues when needed.
* Administration experience, self‑motivated, organised, strong accuracy, interpersonal and communication skills.
* IT literate, able to work flexibly and under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Access to a quiet room with suitable internet connection for flexible working.
