Owen Payne Recruitment are seeking an experienced Call Centre Advisor to join our client in the Aldridge area. The successful candidate will handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, provide excellent customer service, and maintain accurate system records. Full training will be provided.
Key Duties
* Handling inbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
* Making outbound calls for follow-ups, updates, and general customer communication
* Updating and maintaining information on internal systems and CRM software
* Providing clear and polite support to resolve customer enquiries
* Ensuring compliance with all company procedures and data protection guidelines
* Carrying out general administrative tasks related to customer accounts
Requirements
* Previous call centre or telephone-based customer service experience
* Confident communication skills
* Ability to use internal systems and navigate computer software (training provided)
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Location: Aldridge (WS9)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00–17:00
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Start Date: ASAP (preferably Monday)
