We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the restaurant's menu and standards.
Oversee kitchen operations, including meal preparation and cooking processes.
Ensure that all food safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment.
Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients where possible.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist in ordering as necessary.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a Home setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
Excellent culinary skills with the ability to create diverse dishes.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
A passion for cooking and creativity in meal presentation is highly desirable.
