Due to company expansion, this well established and successful manufacturer and supplier are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their dynamic and friendly team. The purpose of this role is to support the Sales and Purchasing team with the following:
1. liaising with customers, building relationships and dealing with queries
2. processing customer orders
3. producing quotations
4. liaising with the warehouse and organising deliveries
5. keeping customers updated on their order status
6. dealing with product enquiries
The successful candidate will have worked within a similar role, supporting a sales team and dealing with customer orders. Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills, be able to work to deadlines and well within a team environment.
