This role is suited to someone who is patient, enthusiastic, and happy to work across different subject areas. You will support the class teacher by helping students remain focused, explaining tasks where needed, and offering targeted support to those who need it most. Requirements: Experience supporting students in a classroom or school environment. Strong communication and listening skills. Ability to adapt support to different learners and subjects.
