The Role
You will be recruiting IT professionals across Europe. This role offers a significant opportunity for a skilled recruiter to elevate their billing. The position is primarily permanent, but relevant experience in contract recruitment is also considered. The company is open to candidates interested in senior markets, as they have an executive search division operating on a retained basis.
The Package
* Senior Recruitment Consultants earn a basic salary of £30,000 - £40,000
* Uncapped commission scheme
* Commission of 20% to 30% on earnings above a £6,000 threshold, including existing client accounts
* Work 4 days in the office and 1 day from home per week

The Requirements
* Proven success in 360 recruitment, including client acquisition
* Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
* Experience hiring internationally is a plus
* Must reside in the UK with reasonable commuting access to the office
* IT recruitment experience is essential
* Proficiency in using LinkedIn for hiring
* Experience with face-to-face events and community engagement tools is desirable
* Willingness to travel within Europe for events and stakeholder engagement
* Ability and willingness to work in the office 4 days a week
