Job Description:
One of the world’s largest FMCG organizations is seeking a Senior Digital Brand Manager to collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager in driving their digital-first strategy, influencer marketing, and eCommerce growth for their beauty brands. The role is based in Buckinghamshire with a hybrid work model.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and executing an influencer strategy across the EMEA region, including creating tools and tactics to foster growth.
2. Managing influencer activity performance across the region and working with local teams to implement regional strategies.
3. Supporting digital and eCommerce acceleration, including social commerce and performance marketing initiatives.
4. Overseeing end-to-end content creation and processes for major brands, collaborating closely with partner vendors.
Ideal candidates will have proven experience in digital marketing and eCommerce, with hands-on campaign activation skills. Strong leadership, interpersonal abilities, and proficiency with analytical tools are essential.
