Role Highlights: Full-time, permanent position at a supportive primary school in Hillingdon
Provide one-to-one and small group support to children with SEN, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively
Assist in creating and adapting learning materials to meet the needs of individual students
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to promote an inclusive learning environment
Encourage independence, confidence, and social development in children
Support students with a range of needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges
Experience & Qualifications: Previous experience working with children, preferably in an SEN setting
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant qualification) or willingness to undertake training
Enhanced DBS check required
