Acting as a key contact for incoming customer queries related to service or repairs

Allocating and organising incoming service jobs, workshop activity, and engineer schedules

Supporting coordination of resources to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Keeping accurate logs and service records via internal systems and platforms

Collaborating with a small, motivated team to deliver strong service performance

Identifying areas for improvement and helping implement better support processes

Background in customer support, service coordination, or a similar aftersales environment

Comfortable working with internal software systems and databases
*
Strong multitasking abilities, with excellent time management and organisational skills

A confident communicator, both verbally and in writing

Able to adapt quickly in a fast-moving, service-focused environment

Hands-on and solutions-focused with a positive, can-do attitude

(Bonus) Experience or familiarity with access equipment or technical products is a plus
