You’re trusted to lead your team, and there’s a real focus on quality and safety rather than rushing jobs.” – Supervisor, PPM ________________________________________ The role As our Electrical Qualified Supervisor, you will be responsible for: • Supervising and supporting our electrical engineers • Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to required standards • Carrying out site inspections and quality checks • Providing technical guidance and support to the company • Liaising with management, clients, and other trades • Ensuring compliance with current and future electrical regulations and company procedures • Assisting with workload planning and job allocation • Completing reports, audits, and required documentation ________________________________________ What we’re looking for • Fully qualified Electrician with up-to-date electrical qualifications • Existing QS, supervisory, lead electrician, or senior electrician experience • Someone ready to step into a supervisory role and develop further • Strong knowledge of electrical regulations and safe systems of work • Full UK manual driving licence • Confident communicator with good leadership skills • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple jobs ________________________________________ Why join PPM?
