About the Role
We are actively recruiting experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapists and Speech and Language Therapists on a flexible contract basis to support a growing and diverse client caseload.
This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians seeking flexible working arrangements within a supportive, forward-thinking clinic model that work with children and young people presenting with a range of needs, including developmental delays, communication difficulties, neurodivergence, learning disabilities, and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, evidence-based, person-centred assessment and intervention
* Manage and prioritise a clinical caseload independently
* Develop clear, functional therapy goals in collaboration with clients and families
* Produce high-standard clinical reports and documentation
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Contribute to therapy planning, reviews, and outcome measurement
* Engage in regular supervision and CPD opportunities
* Provide support and guidance to families, carers, and education or care staff where appropriate
What Were Looking For
* Qualified and registered Occupational Therapist or Speech and Language Therapist
* Experience working with children and/or adults with additional needs
* Strong commitment to compassionate, person-centred practice
* Excellent communication and report-writing skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* A proactive, flexible approach to service delivery
