Freeman Forman Estate Agency is looking for a Qualified Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their team in Hawkhurst.
OTE £45k

Main responsibilities of a Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor:
* Building relationships with the Estate Agency teams to provide training and support.
* Attracting new customers and business, while achieving professional goals within a result-driven environment.
* Guiding customers through the entire mortgage service, including advising on a range of products and services to meet their needs.
* Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and build lasting relationships.
Skills and experience required:
* Hold CeMap or industry equivalent qualification.
* Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
* Outstanding customer care and service experience.
* Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
* A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
