We're on the lookout for a Senior Benefit Advisor to join us on an exciting journey to reimagine our employee benefits programme.
This is a unique opportunity to influence the design and delivery of innovative benefits initiatives, including the potential introduction of cutting-edge technology solutions, while managing day-to-day benefits and recognition programmes that make a real difference to employees.
Lead the end-to-end management of employee benefits, from initial design to successful implementation.
Use data and employee feedback to spot trends, identify gaps, and enhance the benefits experience.
Build strong relationships with external vendors to ensure top-quality service and value.
Develop creative communication strategies to promote understanding and engagement around benefits and policies.
Manage and promote the employee recognition programme, driving participation and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, confident in interpreting complex datasets.
Good understanding of GDPR and its implications for reward data and employee records.
