WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Marketing Manager for EMEA will lead marketing strategy and initiatives in the EMEA region. You will partner closely with the Global Marketing Team, local digital marketing and ABM teams across the region as well as Sales, Revenue, and Customer Success teams. You will focus on strategic digital programs, field events, conferences, and webinars which result in increased lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
This position reports to Merinda Hillier (VP of Marketing, EMEA) and is a key contributing member of the Global Marketing Team.
Location: Tealium fully embraces remote-first working. While the preferred location is in the UK, this is a remote position with the ability to reside anywhere in Europe within close proximity to a transportation hub. This role requires frequent travel to customer and partner locations, industry events, etc.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
1. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, Demand Gen, ABM Teams, Product Management, Partner Teams, Legal and Accounting teams
2. Plan, develop and manage EMEA field marketing strategy to drive pipeline
3. Plan, develop and manage EMEA campaign themes and content strategy, understanding the EMEA ideal customer profile and localising global content where appropriate
4. Content Syndication management and reporting
5. Plan, develop and manage EMEA webinars and virtual events
6. Support partner marketing initiatives for key partners
7. Manage campaigns through Marketo and Salesforce
8. Define clear success metrics, and conduct monthly and quarterly performance reporting. To include: Salesforce reporting, evaluation of ROI, key learnings and recommendations on improvement
9. Manage vendors across EMEA, including contracts
WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM
10. 2+ years experience in using Marketo, LinkedIn, and Salesforce essential
11. 4+ years of event management and field marketing
12. Well organised and self-motivated
13. Excellent attention to detail
14. Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
15. Confident and positive personality
16. Excellent command of written English with copy accuracy
17. High level of understanding of Digital Marketing Channels
18. The ability to travel up to 40% of the time (if necessary)
19. You are a proven problem-solver with the ability to independently identify resolutions and define recommendations to fulfill and exceed strategic objectives
20. You are excited to be part of a great team both in region, and the wider global marketing team
21. You love working as part of a team in a fast paced, energetic environment.
22. Fluency in other European Languages is a bonus but not essential
