Job Description What you’ll be doing: Leading and evolving our Workforce Management function to align with strategic business goals. Developing and delivering long-term workforce plans that support scalability, service excellence, and cost efficiency. Using data and technology to forecast demand, optimise scheduling, and drive agile, evidence-based decisions. Building and developing a high-performing team of planners, schedulers, and supervisors. Partnering with key stakeholders across Operations, Finance, HR, and Recruitment to support growth and service delivery. Driving the development and optimisation of workforce systems and tools. Championing fairness, compliance, and consistency in workforce planning and scheduling.
