As the Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be responsible for managing payments, valuations, cost tracking, and subcontractor accounts. You’ll work closely with the site team to ensure commercial efficiency, reporting back to senior staff who visit weekly. This is a hands-on, site-based role suited to someone looking to develop their independence while still receiving structured support.
