Part 145 Sales Development Manager

Job Summary
The Part 145 Sales Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business growth in the Part 145 maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) sector. The role will involve identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the aviation industry, particularly in Part 145 regulations, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Secure revenue in line with annual plan.
* Develop our client's Part 145 sales strategy.
* Act as the companies subject matter expert on Part 145 repairs and regulatory information.
* Quote customers for repairs, managing commercial process to ensure business targets and margins are met.
* Ensure CRM and MRP systems are up to date with current customer information, next steps and opportunities.
Business Development
1. Grow 145 department sales to £1m per annum by end of 2026 Financial Year.
2. Manage customer commercial process from end to end.
3. Identify and target new business opportunities within the Part 145 MRO sector.<...
