Location: Balfour Winery, Staplehurst
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: £26,000 – £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Winery Receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming enquiries
* Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages in a courteous and timely manner
* Provide a welcoming reception experience for guests, tour groups, suppliers, and Team
* Manage booking schedules for winery tours and tastings
* Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence
* Assist with event coordination and hospitality duties when required
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication
We're looking for our Winery Receptionist to have :
* Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer service role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional appearance and manner
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* A positive, can-do attitude and a team-player approach
* Interest in wine or the wine industry is a plus, but not essential
