Make a real difference in young people's lives. You'll work in our two supported living houses, helping young adults develop practical life skills while building their confidence and independence.
Your typical day might include:
* Supporting someone to plan and cook an independent meal
* Accompanying a student to their work placement or college course
* Helping with budgeting and banking skills
* Facilitating social activities and community engagement
* Working with our therapy team to implement communication strategies
* Maintaining detailed person-centred support records
Key working responsibilities: You'll be assigned as a key worker to specific students, meaning you'll build meaningful relationships and take lead responsibility for their support planning and progress reviews.
