The role plays a key part in ensuring professional, responsive customer service while maintaining strict control over costs and inventory across the entire supply chain. By acting as a central interface between customers and internal operations, this position directly supports efficiency, reliability, and service excellence throughout the end-to-end chain.RESPONSABILITIESYou supervise and optimize the entire order cycle, from receipt to delivery providing support on invoicing and payment matters solely in the event of discrepancies or issuesYou are proactive in providing accurate and relevant information to customers, particularly regarding products, and responsive in handling complaints to resolve issues quicklyYou master the pricing structure and its implications to respond effectively to customer requests and ensure that prices are always aligned with commercial negotiationsYou respond promptly and accurately to requests from the sales team and customersYou are the primary point of contact for internal (Sales) and external customers for all administrative and Supply Chain-related mattersYou ensure that customer information is kept up to date in SAP to guarantee reliable data managementYou coordinate international shipments and ensure compliance with customs requirementsYou provide cover for colleagues or the Manager during their absenceYou adopt a continuous improvement approach and generate added value for customers and for Sabert.SKILLSYou are customer-oriented and cost-consciousYou are methodical and rigorousYou are resilient under stress with a strong ability to remain calm under pressureYou have strong prioritization skills with a sharp focus on deadlines and deliverablesYou are independent and versatile, and you enjoy task varietyYou are proficient in MS Office; knowledge of an ERP system is an advantage.
