Role Purpose:
The role involves managing all aspects of property management for a mixed commercial portfolio. You'll act as the primary point of contact for clients on property-related matters, ensuring optimal asset performance and tenant satisfaction. The successful candidate will focus on operational excellence, ESG integration, and identifying value-enhancing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly client reports
2. Attend client meetings and provide updates on property performance
3. Liaise with internal lease data and finance teams to ensure data accuracy
4. Handle tenant queries regarding rent, service charges, and lease compliance
5. Manage landlord and tenant matters including rent reviews, lease renewals, and tenant applications
6. Work closely with facilities and building managers to resolve operational issues
