Building Safety Coordinator needed in North London Paying £19.75 per hr ref 1740697
Full time hours on a temporary basis
* Key Responsibilities
o Regulatory Compliance Assist in ensuring buildings comply with relevant health and safety legislation, including the Building Safety Act and associated regulations.
o Risk Assessments Carry out regular inspections of communal areas to identify hazards and ensure timely reporting and follow-up of remedial actions.
o Documentation Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including Person-Centred Fire Risk Assessments (PCFRAs), ensuring all documentation is accessible and compliant.
o Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with housing teams, maintenance services, and external contractors to coordinate and support building safety activities.
o Resident Engagement Act as a key point of contact for residents on building safety matters, providing guidance, reassurance, and support to help them understand safety measures.
o Team Support Provide administrative and operational support to the Building & Fire Safety Team to ensure effective service delivery.
