The purpose of the Head of HR Business Partnering role is to: • Lead the HR Business Partnering team to deliver great people approaches and enable Directorates to deliver the NHP strategy. • Oversee the effective collation, analysis, and reporting of People data, ensuring actionable insights are generated that drive effective decision making on people issues. Main duties of the job The post holder will develop effective strategy and operational policies for promoting innovation across Cluster and Sector. Person Specification Knowledge and Experience • Experience leading and managing HR teams, setting strategic direction, and driving performance to achieve business objectives. • Deep understanding of HR business partnering principles and practices. • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and plans. • Good experience in change management and organisational development. • Thorough understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and regulations to ensure compliance. Qualifications • Educated to Masters level or equivalent level or equivalent experience of working at a senior level in specialist area.
