We're looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and campaign strategy. You'll play a key role in shaping how audiences discover, engage with, and experience Horizon Events.
This is a hybrid position, combining in-office collaboration with flexible remote working.
The Role
As Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of our digital marketing activity, ensuring every campaign drives visibility, engagement, and measurable results. You'll oversee a small, creative team and work closely with event producers and senior leaders to deliver growth-focused digital initiatives.
Responsibilities of a Senior Digital Marketing Manager
* Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media.
* Lead the development of our digital marketing strategy to grow event attendance and brand awareness.
* Manage and mentor team members to deliver consistent, high-quality outputs.
* Oversee website content, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign alignment and quality.
About You
* Proven track record in a senior digital marketing role, ideally within events, entertainment, or media.
* Strong understanding of digital analytics, content strategy, and paid media management.
* Confident in using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
* Skilled in balancing creative ideas with strategic, results-oriented thinking.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Salary & Benefits
* Salary: £48,000 – £58,000 per year (DOE)
* Hybrid working: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
