What the job involves Engage in a variety of adult social work tasks including Care Act Assessments, person-centered support planning, Mental Capacity Assessments, and Section 42 Enquiries. You will work with diverse adult populations, employing a strength-based approach to empower individuals. Engage in crucial CHC and s117 work for seamless support and thrive in a supportive culture offering regular supervision. You will transform lives through comprehensive Care Act Assessments, navigate complex situations with expertise, and collaborate with partner agencies to ensure holistic care, all while never stopping to grow through regular supervision and funded specialization opportunities.
