Responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver complex CAPEX projects across engineering, design, construction, commissioning, and qualification phases.
* Drive compliance with safety policies, regulations, and industry standards.
* Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and timely delivery.
* Oversee cost control, scheduling, and technical problem-solving throughout project lifecycles.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors to guarantee top-quality execution.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, including GMP and modern CQV approaches.
* Report on project progress, risks, and performance to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Requirements:
* Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in project engineering and project management within biologics or pharmaceutical industries, ideally on an international scale.
* Strong technical knowledge across clean and black utilities, process, automation, instrumentation, and civil engineering.
* Expertise in facility design, cost-effective project delivery, and compliance-driven execution.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and collaborative leadership skills.
* Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
