About the Role
You will begin a structured training journey towards becoming a fully qualified Financial Adviser within St. James’s Place. Once qualified, you will:
* Work with individuals and families to understand their goals and priorities
* Build tailored, long-term financial plans
* Advise across investments, retirement, protection and estate planning
* Develop trusted, long-term client relationships
* Build your own client base or work within an established advice practice
This is a consultative, relationship-led role focused on long-term client outcomes.
Training & Development
Successful applicants will be assessed for entry into St. James’s Place’s adviser development pathway, which provides:
* A clear route to funded professional qualifications
* Structured training and mentoring
* Practical exposure to real client work
* Ongoing support through to full authorisation
