Locum Adult Social Care Occupational Therapist – Adult Social Care
* We are currently recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic Adult Social Care team in Hull.
The Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will:
* Deliver strengths-based, person-centred assessments
* Support individuals to maintain independence at home
* Recommend and implement equipment, adaptations & assistive technology
* Work closely with social care, health professionals, and housing teams
* Manage a diverse caseload and contribute to safeguarding processes
* Support and supervise OT Assistants and students
Requirements
* Diploma/BSc in Occupational Therapy
* HCPC Registration
* Experience in community settings and home assessments
* Knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act & safeguarding
* Strong communication and report-writing skills
